REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Oasis Nutrition LLC, our priority is providing high-quality, safe, and effective loaded tea and supplement products. Because our products are consumable food and beverages, we must adhere to strict health and safety regulations. For this reason, we maintain a strict All Sales Final policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.

1. NO RETURNS ON CONSUMABLE GOODS

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items, dietary supplements, or open beverage mixes, regardless of whether the package has been opened or remains sealed.

Once a food product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions or safety, and therefore it cannot be restocked or resold. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our shipping address unless explicitly instructed to do so by our support team.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (THE EXCEPTIONS)

While we do not accept returns for preference, we will happily provide a replacement or refund if your order meets one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrived clearly damaged (e.g., busted packets, crushed container, leaking powder).
  • Wrong Item Sent: You received a flavor or product different from what you ordered.
  • Defective/Expired: The product arrived past its expiration date or has a clear manufacturing defect.

How to Report an Issue:
You must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Please email OasisNutritionCo@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • CLEAR PHOTOS of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. (We cannot process a refund or file a carrier claim without photographic proof).

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

To keep our prices fair for all customers, we do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Flavor Preference: Taste is subjective. We cannot refund a product simply because you did not like the flavor.
  • "Did Not Work for Me": Everyone's body reacts differently to supplements/caffeine. We do not refund based on a lack of perceived physiological effect (e.g., "It didn't give me enough energy").
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout.
  • Heat Damage / Clumping: Please track your package. We are not responsible for products left in mailboxes or on porches in extreme heat for extended periods. (Note: Some powders may clump in high heat; this usually does not affect the efficacy or safety of the product, but is not grounds for a refund).

4. STOLEN PACKAGES & CARRIER DELAYS

Risk of Loss: Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), ownership transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" but are subsequently lost or stolen (porch piracy).

Claims: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have it, please contact your local post office or carrier immediately to file a claim. We will assist you by providing any necessary documentation.

5. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse delivery of your order or if a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address provided by you:

  • You will be responsible for the original shipping cost.
  • You will be responsible for any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
  • These amounts will be deducted from any potential refund issued.

6. CANCELLATIONS

We pride ourselves on fast shipping. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately (within 1 hour of placing the order).

Once a shipping label has been created or the package has been handed to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund request is approved based on the criteria in Section 2:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We are committed to resolving any valid issues directly with our customers. By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any order discrepancies. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming "Item Not Received" when tracking shows delivered, or "Not as Described" due to flavor preference) may result in a permanent ban from placing future orders with Oasis Nutrition LLC.
