SHIPPING POLICY

At Oasis Nutrition LLC, we strive to get your loaded teas to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM MST or over the weekend will typically ship the following Monday.
  • High Volume: During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing time may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience!

Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update with the package location.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATES

We primarily ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping times below are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Oasis Nutrition LLC.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Typically arrives in 2-5 business days after the package leaves our facility.
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Typically arrives in 1-3 business days. Available for an upgrade fee at checkout.

*Note: Selecting "Priority Mail" shortens the transit time with the carrier, but it does not bypass our standard 1-2 business day processing time.

3. MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)

We proudly ship to our fellow military families! Please enter your address correctly with the appropriate designation (AA, AE, or AP).

  • Transit Time: Please be aware that shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses can take significantly longer (often 1-3 weeks or more) due to military handling and customs.
  • Tracking: Tracking updates may stop once the package is handed over to the Military Post Office (MPO), but will resume once it reaches the destination base.

4. CARRIER DELAYS & LIABILITY

Once your package is handed over to USPS, Oasis Nutrition LLC is no longer responsible for its status or delivery speed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, operational backlogs, or local carrier issues.
  • Shipping fees are paid to the carrier and are non-refundable, even if a package arrives later than the estimated date.

5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Oasis Nutrition LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Tracking Says "Delivered" But Not Received: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by tracking. Please check with neighbors, your mail carrier, or your local post office.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with a claim.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED PACKAGES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Reshipment Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing Apt/Unit number), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package.
  • No Refunds on Shipping: We cannot offer refunds for shipping costs on orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. SUMMER SHIPPING / HEAT WARNING

Our loaded tea mixes are heat-sensitive. Please monitor your tracking number and try to retrieve your package from your mailbox as soon as it arrives to prevent the powder from clumping due to extreme heat. While clumping does not affect the safety or efficacy of the product, we cannot replace products due to heat exposure after delivery.
